SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE:A) today announced it has acquired the Klee Group’s Kalabie Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN). The focus for this product, which is Agilent’s first electronic notebook, will be on the pharmaceutical market and some chemical applications. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
