NEW HAVEN, Conn., June 11, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Achillion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq:ACHN) today announced the appointment of Kurt Graves to its board of directors as an independent director. Mr. Graves brings more than two decades of experience in building, leading and advising top-performing pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Mr. Graves was appointed as a Class I director, with a term expiring in 2013, and will replace Nicholas Simon of Clarus Ventures LLC.
