NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Acacia Research Corporation (NASDAQ: ACTG) announced today that its LifePort Sciences LLC and LifeScreen Sciences LLC subsidiaries have entered into a settlement and patent license agreement with C.R. Bard, Inc. and Bard Peripheral Vascular, Inc. The agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for District of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
