Up to 40 jobs are at risk after a Burton healthcare giant announced it was to uproot its pharmaceutical arm from the town. Healthcare at Home, based in the Centrum 100 business park and employing hundreds of people in Burton, is to switch its compounding division 140 miles away to Wiltshire. Staff affected by the move are understood to have been given the choice of transferring or face losing their jobs.
