(Nasdaq: ZLTQ), a medical technology company focused on developing and commercializing products utilizing its proprietary controlled-cooling technology platform, today announced it has accepted a settlement from SkinSpaMed. In February of this year, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division, granted ZELTIQ a preliminary injunction prohibiting SkinSpaMed from issuing false and misleading statements regarding its imitation “Fat Freeze Cryolipolysis” services.
