TIJUANA, Mexico--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Gestion de Negocios recently named Welch Allyn, a leading global manufacturer of frontline medical products and solutions, to its list of “The Best Companies to Work For” in Mexico, the country’s most comprehensive study of workplace culture. The company won the award in the United States in 2005 and received back-to-back honors in Ireland in 2008 and 2009. While this is the first year that Welch Allyn placed on the Mexico list, the company’s Tijuana facility has only been in operation for three years. Constructed in 2006, the Welch Allyn de Mexico factory is home to over 400 employees with skills ranging from management and engineering to office support and manufacturing.
