MILFORD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Waters Corporation (NYSE:WAT) announced today the acquisition of Calorimetry Sciences Corporation, “CSC”, (Linden, UT), a manufacturer of high-performance calorimeters. The CSC business, with annual sales of approximately $4 million, will be added to Waters’ TA Instruments Division (New Castle, DE) and the transaction is expected to be neutral to Waters 2007 earnings.
