WEST CHESTER, Pa., Jan. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- VWR International, a leader in the global research laboratory industry, today announced the appointments of key members of its leadership team.
Matt Malenfant has been promoted to Senior Vice President and President of North America, Lab Distribution and Services. Mr. Malenfant will oversee the Company’s initiatives to further drive profitable growth and operational excellence in North America. He will also concentrate on expanding VWR’s value added portfolio of services.
Manuel Brocke-Benz, has been appointed Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Europe, Lab Distribution and Services. Europe contributes a significant portion of VWR’s current sales and the organization, which Mr. Brocke-Benz now heads, is designed to encourage a more global approach to partnering with suppliers for customer solutions.
Ted Pulkownik, Senior Vice President of Strategy, Corporate Development and Emerging Markets will now assume global responsibilities for all export activities and geographic expansion outside of North America and Europe.
