Vion Pharmaceuticals Regains NASDAQ Listing Compliance

NEW HAVEN, Conn., March 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Vion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. today announced that it had received notification from NASDAQ that the Company had regained compliance with Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(4) since the closing bid price of its Common Stock had traded at $1.00 per share or greater for at least ten consecutive business days.
