A British ice cream maker says he created Viagraice cream for an A-list party. Charlie Harry Francis of “Lick Me I’m Delicious,” who made headlines last year for his glow-in-the-dark ice cream, said the Viagra concoction was “one of the weirder requests” from a celebrity client.
