A venture agreement with food giant Danisco has provided a golden opportunity for biotech startup Jurag Separation A/S Working from what resembles nothing so much as a high school physics classroom, civil engineers Arvid Garde and Jens-Ulrik Rype are developing a potential biotech goldmine with their startup company Jurag Separation A/S.Food industry giant Danisco, DTU Innovation and the National Growth Fund injected much-needed capital into the four-year-old company, which develops technology to remove wastes generated in the production of lactic-acid bacteria in yoghurt.
