Forbes -- Valeant Pharmaceuticals International said Tuesday it will offer $350 million in senior unsecured notes. The Aliso Viejo, Calif., company will use proceeds to repurchase 3 percent convertible subordinated notes due this year and to finance the acquisition of a Brazilian company that makes private branded generic drugs and over-the-counter items, among other things.
