TOKYO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--USCI Holdings, Ltd. and Datascope Corp. (Nasdaq:DSCP) announced today that the companies have entered into a definitive distribution agreement for Datascope’s Intra Aortic Balloon Pumps (IABP) and Intra Aortic Balloon (IAB) catheters in Japan. This agreement provides USCI Holdings exclusive rights to distribute Datascope’s currently approved CS100 IABP, prior pumps, and future IABP technologies. In addition, USCI Holdings will distribute Datascope IAB catheters, including those specifically designed for the Japanese market.
