Theratechnologies Inc. (TSX:TH) today announced that it has successfully completed its recently announced public offering of 6,875,000 common shares at a price of $8.40 per share for gross proceeds of $57,750,000. The offering was made through a syndicate of underwriters led by BMO Capital Markets, including Canaccord Capital, National Bank Financial, Desjardins Securities and Jennings Capital. The offering includes the 625,000 additional shares issued pursuant to the over-allotment option, which was exercised in full by the underwriters on February 21, 2007.
