(Pink Sheets: TCLT) ("Techalt" or "Company") announced that the petition for revival of the patent application filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”), covering the formulations and processing of Stan’s Rodeo Ointment (“SRO”), has been granted by the USPTO following the unintentional abandonment of the patent under 37 CFR 1.137(b). The petition decision has been routed from the office of petition review to the Technology Center Legal Instrument Examiners for final review and comment on the merits of the patent application.
