(OTCBB: TPIM) (FRANKFURT: GX1A) announced today the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has issued a Notice of Allowance for U.S. patent application No. 10/046,542, entitled "Method of Enhancing an Immune Response." The patent application has allowed claims that relate to methods for enhancing the cytotoxic T-lymphocyte response to tumor cells by introducing the TAP molecule into the infected cell.
