MUNDELEIN, Ill., June 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Sysmex America, Inc. today announced that it has been recognized by the Premier Inc. healthcare alliance as a winner of the 2007 Pinnacle Award for supplier performance that meets and exceeds the expectations of Premier and its members.
Bonnie Streeter, National Accounts Manager for Sysmex accepted the award at the 2007 Premier Annual Breakthroughs Conference & Exhibition in Orlando on June 19. Sysmex America earned the Pinnacle award for consistent performance excellence with the Premier alliance.
Based on performance data collected during the year and shared with contracted suppliers through the Premier business line review process, annual awards are given at the Premier Annual Breakthroughs Conference to those who exhibit consistent performance improvement. This year, two awards were given: the Premier Pinnacle Award and the Premier Supplier Performance Award.

The 2007 Premier Pinnacle Award is bestowed upon 13 suppliers out of 720 eligible contracted suppliers who have consistently achieved scorecard ratings of 95 percent or higher over four consecutive quarters.
