(Nasdaq:SUPN), a specialty pharmaceutical company, today announced the issuance of a European patent (number 2341912) and Canadian patent (number 2,735,934) for SPN-812, its novel non-stimulant product candidate for the treatment of ADHD. These patents will provide protection for the product with expiration that is no earlier than 2029.
