Net income for the three months ended March 31, 2011 was $1.8 million. As of March 31, 2011, cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities totaled $48.9 million, with no debt outstanding. This cash balance does not include $4.0 million received on April 4, 2011 under Sunesis' previously disclosed oncology kinase inhibitor collaboration with Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
