Stryker is continuing with efforts to settle Rejuvinate all-metal hip implant lawsuits, with Injury Lawyer News reporting that eight out of nine cases have been settled in court-ordered mediation in Bergen County, NJ. The Kalamazoo, MI-based medical device company settled four Garden State lawsuits for an undisclosed sum late last year. Stryker still has a long way to go: There are nearly 600 federal lawsuits consolidated under U.S. District Court Judge Donovan Frank in Minnesota—on top of nearly 800 local cases in New Jersey and more than 100 non-New Jersey cases.
