LONDON, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - March 28, 2006) - Stellar Pharmaceuticals Inc., (TSX VENTURE:SLX)(OTCBB:SLXCF), a Canadian pharmaceutical developer and marketer of high quality, cost-effective products for select health care markets, today announced that it has rescheduled the release of its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2005 to prior to the opening of the stock market on Friday, March 31, 2006. Management will conduct a conference call at 10:00 a.m. that same day to discuss these results and the current status of its business operations. The release and call are being rescheduled to provide Stellar's auditors with additional time to complete their review and analysis of the Company's financial results. Stellar expects to file its Form 10KSB for the year ended December 31, 2005 by the March 31, 2006 deadline.
