IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Spectrum Pharmaceuticals (NasdaqGM:SPPI) today announced that the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company approved the engagement of Ernst & Young, LLP (E&Y) as the Company’s new independent registered public accounting firm. As of December 3, 2009, the Company discontinued using Kelly & Co. (K&C) as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm.
