Sangamo is developing SB-509, a formulation of a zinc finger DNA-binding protein transcription factor (ZFP TF(TM)), designed to upregulate the expression of the gene encoding vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF-A), for the treatment of diabetic neuropathy.
