Election of the board of directors and auditor
The annual general meeting in Medivir Aktiebolag (publ) on 6 May 2013 resolved, in accordance with the nomination committee’s proposal, that the number of board members shall be eight with no deputy board members. Björn C. Andersson, Rolf A. Classon, Anders Hallberg, Ingemar Kihlström, Anna Malm Bernsten, and Göran Pettersson were re-elected as board members and Birgitta Stymne Göransson and Bo Öberg were elected as new board members.
