Use of renewable chemicals to replace petroleum chemicals is growing rapidly due to consumer demand. The Biotechnology Industry Organization’s (BIO) 2013 Pacific Rim Summit on Industrial Biotechnology and Bioenergy will feature presentations on cutting edge platforms used to create better and more efficient renewable chemicals for broader applications. The Pacific Rim Summit will be co-organized by BIOCOM and held in San Diego, December 8-11, 2013 at the Westin Gaslamp Quarter.
