February 29, 2012 -- The Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS) will host a webcast today at 12:00 pm EST, on regulatory requirements for labeling and promotion in China.
China’s regulations are complex and can be confusing to foreign manufacturers. In addition, there are multiple government agencies inside China that administer and enforce the regulations. This RAPS Webcast, Chinese Medical Device Labeling and Promotion Regulations and SFDA 2011 Updates, will include a detailed explanation of related regulations and an update on The State Food and Drug Administration’s new medical device regulations published in 2011 from Xiang “Vic” Zhang, PhD, RAC, director of regulatory affairs for China, Smith & Nephew Advanced Surgical Device Division.
