Although the value assigned to us by the OTC Company was a significant multiple over our current valuation, we feel that we should investigate a single jump, rather than one move to the bulletin board and then to the NASDAQ. We are moving toward meeting the requirements of participation in the NASDAQ, but would welcome offers to merge with an already listed NASDAQ company because it would fast track that process. Each of these projects takes time away from developing our core business and we plan to focus on building our sales and market share rather than spending too much time in administrative negotiations,” says David B.
