(Nasdaq:RDUS), a science-driven biopharmaceutical company focused on developing new therapeutics for patients with advanced osteoporosis as well as other serious endocrine-mediated diseases, including hormone responsive cancers, today announced the closing of its previously announced public offering of 3,128,524 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $18.25 per share, including 378,524 shares sold pursuant to the partial exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares of common stock. The net proceeds from the offering, including the shares issued pursuant to the partial exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares, are expected to be approximately $53.3 million, after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by Radius Health.
Jefferies LLC and Cowen and Company, LLC acted as joint book-running managers and underwriters for the offering, and Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. served as co-manager.
