RA Medical Systems, Inc. Sues PhotoMedex, Inc. for Malicious Prosecution

CARLSBAD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ra Medical Systems announced today that it filed a lawsuit against PhotoMedex, Inc. (Nasdaq: PHMD) on October 29, 2008 for malicious prosecution in the California Superior Court of San Diego County.
