STOCKHOLM, Sweden--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regulatory News: As has been announced previously, Lyftet Holding BV has requested an Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders to elect a new Board for Q-Med AB. In this connection the election committee presents the following proposal, for resolution at the Extraordinary General Meeting on February 4. The election committee’s proposal has the support of owners representing just under 70 percent of the total number of shares in the company.
