Revenues for the quarter were $132,379, an increase of approximately 200%, as compared with $44,314 in the same quarter of the prior year. The Company reported a third-quarter loss before taxes of ($876,370), or ($0.03) per share, compared with a loss of ($871,452), or ($0.04) per share, in the third quarter of the previous year.
