MARYS, W.Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ProtoKinetix, Incorporated (OTC: PKTX) (www.protokinetix.com) (the “Company” or “ProtoKinetix”) announces that it effective March 1, 2015, the Company has entered into consulting agreements with two individuals to separately provide research and development services and public relations services to the Company.
Mr. Grant Young shall conduct and supervise planning and implementing of research and development of AAGP™ glycoproteins for ProtoKinetix for a period of one year. Mr. Young shall receive a $10,000 signing bonus plus a monthly fee of $5,000 and a five year stock option for 5,000,000 at the price of $0.04 per share vesting quarterly. Subject to renewal, Mr. Young will receive an additional 5,000,000 shares priced at the 10-day preceding market value vesting quarterly.
