LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Proa® Medical, Inc., developer of innovative and practical medical devices for women's health, today announced it has created a joint venture -- Proa Medical Mexico -- to distribute its Brella® family of gynecological and obstetrical devices throughout Mexico. The joint venture will provide Proa Medical with access to a large and growing market of OB/GYNs in Latin America, where a high number of episiotomies are performed that could benefit from the devices.
