Perez, president and CEO of CaridianBCT and Terumo Transfusion, soon to become Terumo BCT, and chairman of the Terumo Blood Management Business Board, has been elected chairman of the National Blood Foundation’s Board of Trustees. Selected from among the country’s most accomplished leaders in blood services management, Mr. Perez will lead one of the nation’s oldest and most prestigious academic research foundations in the transfusion medicine industry.
