Industry Leader Joins Biotech Tools Firm
Raleigh, NC –June 7, 2016 – Practichem, the Raleigh-based biotech instrument company, today named Dr. Vikas Padhye as their President.

Vikas comes to Practichem after nearly 20 years of leadership with Teledyne Isco. His expertise ranges from sales and marketing to research and development.

Vikas joined Teledyne in 1997, and worked in chromatography, sales and marketing; he ultimately became General Manager and Executive Vice President. Prior to joining Teledyne, he served in leadership roles at Gelman Sciences division of Pall Corporation and at Promega Corporation. He holds a PhD in Microbiology from Utah State University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
