Mr. Pauluzzi has managed PLUS Diagnostics' expansion from a regional laboratory to a national anatomic pathology company. The company has made a series of investments in its services and technologies following its partnership with Water Street Healthcare Partners, a strategic private equity firm focused exclusively on health care. In the past three years, it has opened bi-coastal laboratories, extended its services to the gastroenterology and hematology/oncology specialties, and grown its customer base to increase net revenues more than 400 percent.

Prior to PLUS Diagnostics, Mr. Pauluzzi was a senior executive with Quest Diagnostics. He directed operations, marketing and sales for Quest's anatomic pathology and hospital businesses. Mr. Pauluzzi also held executive positions with US LABS and Ventana Medical Systems. He began his career with the diagnostics division of Abbott Laboratories.
