The U.S.-EU Safe Harbor Framework and the U.S.-Swiss Safe Harbor Framework established seven principles for collection, use, disclosure and retention of personal information from European Union member countries and Switzerland. PHT engaged third parties, Wagner Law Group and Security Best Practices, to review its privacy policies and processes for compliance with Safe Harbor. Following the review, the Company filed its self-certification that was accepted on 25 September 2014.
