ISO 9001:2000 is a global standard that establishes a systematic approach to content and process for Quality Management Systems to ensure that organizations can achieve measurable improvement and increased customer satisfaction.
PHT is the only handheld ePRO provider to achieve ISO 9001:2000 certification and has maintained the world-class standard for the past six years with two recertifications. The certification covers the management system governing the design, development, test, and deployment of PHT’s products and services. In order to achieve recertification, a company must not only provide demonstrable evidence of maintenance of the original standards, but also show a marked improvement in quality management systems. PHT has been continuously certified as compliant with the ISO 9001:2000 standard since 2002.
