WESTBOROUGH, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PharmaVigilant, an innovative solution provider in the clinical technology market, announced today that they have released I-Vault, the first commercially available Electronic Trial Master File System (ETMF) in the industry. I-Vault will enable companies of all sizes to submit a fully electronic solution for the first time (ETMF + EDC). I-Vault is designed to identify document types at the site, and direct them to the proper trial master file folders. Site documents are available to all users; however subject documents are identified and channeled to an electronic de-identification process. Subject documents are de-identified prior to being made available to sponsor users within the system. This creates the first electronic fence for subject information, prohibiting them from being uploaded to the sponsor. The I-Vault system has been initially scaled to store up to 1 million documents, enabling companies of all sizes to utilize the system. I-Vault can also incorporate source documents into the system, enabling remote monitoring for the first time, within one system.
