NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pfizer Inc. (NYSE: PFE) today reported financial results for third-quarter 2012. Third-quarter 2012 revenues were $14.0 billion, a decrease of 16% compared with $16.6 billion in the year-ago quarter, which reflects an operational decline of $1.9 billion, or 12%, and the unfavorable impact of foreign exchange of $699 million, or 4%.
