Perrigo Company To Close Two Plants, Sees $8 Million In Charges

CHICAGO, June 27 (Reuters) - Perrigo Co. (PRGO.O: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Tuesday it will close two facilities in Michigan and incur pre-tax charges as it seeks to pare underperforming assets.
