RICHMOND, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Owens & Minor (NYSE:OMI) announced today that its board of directors approved the payment of the fourth quarter 2007 cash dividend in the amount of $0.17 per share. The cash dividend is payable on December 31, 2007 to shareholders of record as of December 14, 2007. The company currently has approximately 40,740,492 common shares outstanding.
