OncoMethylome Sciences S.A. Announces Warrant Exercise

Liege (Belgium) - May 29, 2009, 18:00 CET - OncoMethylome Sciences (Euronext Brussels: ONCOB, Euronext Amsterdam: ONCOA), today announced that an additional 24,540 common shares have been issued by the company in exchange for EUR 110 thousand as the result of the exercise of warrants by some employees and consultants of the company. The majority of the exercised warrants were granted in May 2004 and were scheduled to expire in May 2009 if not exercised. As a result of this transaction, OncoMethylome now has 13,185,614 shares outstanding.
