PETALUMA, Calif., Feb. 13, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Oculus Innovative Sciences, Inc. (Nasdaq:OCLS) today announced financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2014, ended December 31, 2013. Total revenues were $3.3 million for the third quarter, down $247,000 as compared to $3.5 million for the same period in the prior year. Product revenue was down $278,000, or 8%, with decreases in United States, Mexico and China, partially offset by revenue growth in Europe, Middle East and Singapore.
