EDISON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oceana Therapeutics, a global company focused on acquiring, developing and commercializing best-in-class specialty therapeutics, today announced that it has entered into a multi-year exclusive agreement with Indian pharmaceutical giant Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd (NYSE:RDY), giving rights to the sale and distribution of Deflux®* in India. Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
