Non-profit organization focused on advancing industry standards and building more capacity to care

WALNUT CREEK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Catalight Foundation, a new non-profit organization headquartered in Walnut Creek, California, launched today.

As a new foundation, Catalight will focus on providing capacity building support to organizations in the home and community-based services space. The organization will leverage an integrated set of end-to-end infrastructure solutions – from financing to technology to operations – designed to help these organizations scale and succeed.

Catalight will be led by Susan Armiger, a 20-year Easterseals veteran, who has held several top roles across multiple states and service lines. Armiger most recently served as the CEO of Easterseals Bay Area, where she grew the organization from a small non-profit to a thriving health care company delivering more than a million hours of service in Northern California each year.

“I am excited to take what I have learned during my career to help shape the next phase for non-profits as they transform to meet the growing demand for health care services in an ever changing and highly complex regulatory environment,” said Susan Armiger, CEO, Catalight Foundation.

By advancing industry standards, improving business and technology solutions, and delivering scalable customer-driven services, the Catalight Foundation’s impact will go beyond the companies it works with directly. For more information, please visit catalight.org.
