Ms. Krominga has been a consultant to private equity and venture capital firms and to start-up and early stage technology companies. She has held several board and management roles, including chief executive officer of Fashion Wire Daily, Inc. and is a director of RAINN, the nation’s largest anti-sexual violence organization. She is a currently a member of the Avis Group Board of directors. Ms. Krominga joins Chairman of the Board , Myron Arlen, M.D., President & CEO, Philip. M.
