This is one of the first research centers in the United States dedicated solely to cancer molecular imaging. The Center is funded by a 5-year grant from the NFCR and will assist cancer scientist in identifying specific genes that are ideally suited for molecular imaging and diagnosis mprovements. This will lead to earlier stage treatments for cancer patients.
