(PINKSHEETS: NNLX) announced today that it has filed a provisional patent application with the U.S. Patent Office entitled “A Hydrophobic Hydrocarbon Coated Filtering Device for the Induction of Apoptosis in Leukemic Cells and Related Methods of Treating a Patient.” This intellectual property application was filed by the Pittsburgh law firm of Eckert, Seamans, Cherin and Mellott, LLC.
