MRC Technology Advises Bergen TO in Successful Technology Transfer Program

London, UK, and Bergen, Norway, 23 September 2013: Technology transfer organisation MRC Technology announced today the successful completion of a project in collaboration with Bergen Teknologioverføring AS (BTO). MRC Technology advised BTO on a licensing opportunity, providing recommendations for an optimal route forward.

MRC Technology reviewed a specific Licensing Opportunity managed by Bergen TTO and provided recommendations going forward in terms of patent portfolio management and prospects for commercialisation.

Randi Elizabeth Taxt, Vice President, Bergen Teknologioverføring (BTO), commented: “We are very pleased with the help and advice from MRC Technology regarding this project, their insight and angle was crucial for BTO to reach a decision. BTO is hoping for further collaboration with MRC Technology hereafter.”
